About the role
Growth teams use LeadNova all day. This role owns the interface: dense tables, campaign builders, creative review, and the places a human approves or overrides an agent.
What you will do
- Ship and maintain the product UI for campaign launch, creative intelligence, monitoring, and retention.
- Make agent recommendations readable: signal, reasoning, expected outcome, next action.
- Keep the design system honest — Instrument Sans, cream tokens, no decorative chrome.
- Own performance on data-heavy views (filters, large creative sets, live spend).
- Pair with product and backend on empty, error, and permission states.
What you bring
- Several years shipping production web apps (TypeScript, modern component frameworks).
- Taste for dense B2B UI without turning it into a dashboard template.
- Comfort with design-system constraints and accessibility on forms and tables.
- Clear written English. Remote-first collaboration.
- Marketing-ops or analytics products are useful. Not required.
